Naturopathic Healthcare Services
Traditional Naturopathy
Traditional Naturopathy is a natural, non-invasive approach to wellness that encourages the body’s ability to maintain balance through food, herbs, lifestyle, and environmental awareness. It does not involve diagnosis or treatment, but instead supports self-healing through individualized care.
Note: Traditional Naturopathy is not the practice of medicine and is legal in all 50 states.
Philosophy of Practice
Inspired by the teachings of pioneers such as Dr. Lindlahr and Dr. Jensen, as well as herbalists like Rosemary Gladstar and Michael Tierra, my work combines Western naturopathic principles with Ayurvedic insights to provide truly personalized guidance.
