Health is dependent on good digestion; and if digestion is poor, our health will be poor. This is characterized with symptoms such as gas, bloating, constipation and acidity, eventually resulting in fatigue, inflammation, and eventually this can result in structural changes in the GI tract (such as diverticuli.)
