Get plenty of oxygen and breathe clean air

Oxygen is one of the most important nutrients for your health. The body dies in six minutes without it! The chemical process of turning food into energy requires oxygen in the cells. If the oxygen concentration in your cells drops during the night, sleep can be disrupted. Oxygen is needed to repair free radical damage to the cells.

If the quality of the air in your environment is polluted, consider getting an air filter that has a negative ionizer for each room. Also, adding houseplants that take in carbon dioxide and send out oxygen will add to the beauty and improve the air quality of your space.
