Naturopathic Healthcare Services

Traditional Naturopathy

Traditional Naturopathy is a natural, non-invasive approach to wellness that encourages the body’s ability to maintain balance through food, herbs, lifestyle, and environmental awareness. It does not involve diagnosis or treatment, but instead supports self-healing through individualized care.

Note: Traditional Naturopathy is not the practice of medicine and is legal in all 50 states.

Philosophy of Practice

Inspired by the teachings of pioneers such as Dr. Lindlahr and Dr. Jensen, as well as herbalists like Rosemary Gladstar and Michael Tierra, my work combines Western naturopathic principles with Ayurvedic insights to provide truly personalized guidance.

“Naturopathy is a philosophy... a model for living a full life.” — Stewart Mitchell

What I Offer

  • Constitution-based nutritional counseling and meal planning

  • Whole-food supplementation (non-synthetic)

  • Herbal recommendations from Western and Ayurvedic traditions

  • Time-tested home remedies and detox guidance

  • Natural therapies such as oil applications and skin care

“Khabir Southwick is the best herbalist outside of India.” — Kirit Avlani, North Hollywood

How It Works

1. Understand Your Health

Through traditional evaluation (questionnaires, observation, and discussion), I assess your:

  • Ayurvedic constitution (Prakriti) and current state (Vikriti)

  • Digestion, energy, elimination, and sleep

  • Physical indicators: skin, nails, pulse, tongue, and more

  • Daily diet and lifestyle habits

2. Create Your Plan

You’ll receive:

  • A custom diet and lifestyle plan

  • Whole-food supplements and herbal suggestions

  • Meal planning tools, home remedies, and educational support

  • Optional support with shopping, food prep, or kitchen setup (local only)

3. Implement and Integrate

Plans are designed to fit your life, not disrupt it. I’ll help you:

  • Transition smoothly

  • Stay accountable

  • Make lasting changes that feel sustainable

Consultations – In-Person or Phone/Zoom

Each 60–90 minute consultation includes:

  • Constitution-based analysis (Ayurvedic and Naturopathic)

  • Review of health goals, diet, and routines

  • A clear, step-by-step plan with meal guides, herbal support, and lifestyle suggestions

  • Optional follow-ups for continued progress and adjustments
