Often fatigue is a sign of inflammation, congestion and/or depletion in one or more systems in the body. Taking stimulants like coffee or sweets does not address the root causes and only masks the underlying conditions. I don't provide stimulating herbs for fatigue, but treat the dysfunctioning system(s) or tissue(s) in the body to achieve homeostasis, thus, the person feels more energy.
