Khabir Southwick is a Registered Professional Ayurvedic Continuing Education (PACE) Provider by the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America (AAPNA) and is qualified to issue certificates of completion for each workshop and provide certificates as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant (ALC) & Ayurvedic Practitioner (AP) enabling the student to register with AAPNA and other Ayurvedic Associations, and obtain continuing education credits from organizations accepting PACE provider courses.

A thorough certified course on the fundamentals and anatomy of Ayurveda. You will develop a good foundation in Ayurveda by understanding the Ayurvedic perspective of the human body, digestion and how it works.
This course should be taken before other courses to understand the tridoshic system, sub doshas, gunas, dhatus (tissues), srotomsi (systems), agni (digestive fire), ojas (immunity and inner strength) and ama (toxins and undigested food) and other essential aspects of Ayurvedic anatomy and functionality of the body according to Ayurveda.

A thorough certified course on herbalogy and treatment methods of Ayurveda. You will learn about using food as medicine, the principles of Ayurveda Pharmacology and herbal treatments for imbalances of all systems of the body.
This is an advanced class that requires an excellent knowledge of the fundamentals of Ayurveda including the knowledge the tridoshic system, sub doshas, gunas, dhatus, srotomsi, agni, ojas and ama and other essential aspects of ayurvedic anatomy and functionality of the body according to Ayurveda. Basic knowledge and experience of Ayurvedic diagnosis by observation, questioning and touching is also required. It is highly recommended to take the first two courses before attending this course unless prior knowledge and experience exist.
