Regarding the 9-day Ayurveda Workshop in Rishikesh India from Nov. 26th to Dec. 4th, 2016:
"Hello everyone my name is Deysi Mir, I decided to attend last year's 2016 class because I was trying to decide what route to go with I wanted to become a holistic nutritionist or to be a herbalist. When a great friend told me about ayurveda I was so happy and excited because I had finally found what I was looking for and more! Ayurveda is a wholesome lifestyle and practice. I definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking into living an alternative lifestyle or becoming a ayurvedic practitioner.
