"It has been such a pleasure working with Khabir to learn about my Vata dosha, the best food choices and Ayurvedic practices to be balanced. Eating mainly an abundant amount of cooked organic vegetables with basmati rice, mung beans, herbs and spices, roasted sweet potatoes with lots of ghee, warm raw milk with cinnamon before bed and sipping the lovely teas he provides is certainly not a difficult prescription!!
