This powerful home program is a complete and thorough rejuvenation and purification for the body.  Unlike many modern approaches of cleansing, which starve the body, this program draws from the wisdom of Ayurveda, in which we aim to purify the body and nourish it at the same time.  In releasing the accumulated heat and wastes, while building and strengthening the tissues, we are promoting health through the Autumn.
